Ambassador Jun Yamada’s visit to the The Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts

　On June 15, Ambassador Jun Yamada visited The Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts. In 2001, Japan has provided the supply of equipment for preservation of historical documents to the Matenadaran - Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts under the Grant Aid for General Culture, which is still being used with care. During this visit, Mr. Vahan Ter-Ghevondyan，Acting Director of Matenadaran, as well as Ms. Gayane Eliazyan, Head of the Department of Restoration, introduced the museum and restoration activities.
