The Handing Over Ceremony of the Rapid Response Vehicles in the Framework of Grant Aid For FY2015 "Economic and Social Development Program"

     On March 5, in the presence of Ambassador Yamada and Minister of Emergency Situations of RA Mr. Feliks Tsolakyan, the handing ceremony of 10 rapid response vehicles, transported from Japan, which were provided to Armenia in the framework of the grant aid for FY2015 “Economic and social development program” was held. The additional equipments of these vehicles were prepared in Miyagi Prefecture, the area affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Thus, this project contributes to the economic and social revitalization of both countries and regions, as it supports not only the economic and social development of Armenia, but also the revival of the disaster-affected region of Japan. Minister Tsolakyan expressed his gratitude to the Government of Japan for its support till today.
