Applications for the 2023 Japanese Government Scholarships “Japanese Studies Students” and “Teacher Training Students”- Closed

Applications for the 2023 Japanese Government (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, MEXT) Scholarships “Japanese Studies Students” and “Teacher Training Students” are now open.
Please read the guidelines carefully, complete and submit your application forms to the Embassy of Japan in Armenia by the deadline. The Certificate of Health is not necessary at the application stage for applicants from Armenia. Successful applicants who have passed the document screening are required to submit the Certificate of Health by the day of written exam.
Applicants with incomplete applications will not be invited to the exam.

Application deadline: February 3, 2022 (Friday)
Notification of document screening results: February 10, 2022 (Friday)
Written exam and interview: February 20, 2022 (Monday) at the Embassy of Japan in Armenia.
*Depending on the number of candidates, the interview might be carried out at a later date.
